PVC cable material is the general name of cable materials made by Polyvinylchloride (PVC). As a traditional cable material, it also occupies the most important market share in the current domestic market. Because its processing is simpler than other cable materials, its consumption is relatively large.
Production process
Raw materials plus various auxiliaries and other additives, adding according to a certain proportion -----200 L mixing machine ----- spiral feeding machine - double screw metering feeder - -65 twin screw extruder- connecting plate - -150 single screw extruder -- hydraulic plate automatic screen exchange - air cooling die face hot cutting auxiliary machine --First Cyclone separator -- air-cooled vibrating screen (2.5m) -- Second cyclone separator -- Silos.
Formula of PVC cable material
70H-PVC cable material formula such as PVC three type 75PHR-- active calcium carbonate 35PHR---DOP (Plasticizer) 25PHR--- epoxy soybean oil soybean oil 3PHR -- chlorinated paraffin 20PHR-- stabilizer 2.8PHR-- hard acid 0.6PHR -- CPE 9PHR -- Shi La 1PHR
1. Preparation: stabilizer, filler and coloring agent were screened by 80 mesh screen, respectively, and plasticizer was added and then grinded with three roll grinder or colloid mill. Be weighed and spare. The plasticizer is mixed evenly and preheated at 90 centigrade.
2. High-speed mixing machine: put into the PVC resin, then add the plasticizer and stir for a moment. After the resin absorbs the plasticizer basically, the stabilizer is added, the temperature of the material is raised to about 90 C by the friction heat. Then the filler, the colorant and the temperature rise to 110 degrees C, the material is discharged to the cooling mixer to reduce the temperature to the material below 45~50 C.
3. PVC granulator stably set:
1) the temperature setting of the twin screw extruder is between 140----160 degrees; according to the different temperature of the material, the setting is different.
2) stable setting of single screw extruder: 125----145 degrees; different settings according to different temperature of material.
3) the temperature control table (see right chart) set well, and so the actual temperature reaches the set temperature after 40 minutes, can open the machine production, this is to ensure the equipment in the previous day left material, so that the material left in the previous day softened, so no injury to the equipment.
4. Production:
1) the PVC material of high mixing machine is put into the spiral feeder hopper, and the powder material is input into the upper parallel double screw extruder by the screw feeder.
2) the upper parallel twin screw extruder can mix the material evenly and the temperature is 140-160 degrees. Finally, the extruded mixture becomes molten body (temperature is 130-140 degrees Celsius) and falls directly into the large diameter lower single screw extruder.
3) the lower order single screw extruder will melt the120 degree melt at low speed, high pressure and cooling state. The temperature has fallen to 120-140 degrees centigrade. At this time, the hot cut grain of the air cooling die face can be completed, and the particles will not be clad in the process of grain cutting.
4) the particles are cut down by the hot air cooling model. After the cooling of the two stage cyclone separator, the temperature of the particles is reduced to 35-40 degrees C, and then the air cooling and lengthening vibrating screen will be passed, the temperature of the particles is reduced to room temperature so as to be packed into the finished material silo.

The extrusion granulator unit is highly integrated with high level of automation and control.
