If the single screw extruder is used for the second stage of two stage extruder, the total capacity will be higher than just one twin screw extruder. Second, the die head compress of twin screw extruder will be low down, the material quality will be more better.
If the single screw extruder is used for kneader line, the material will be highly capacity. The material will be disperse well.
