1. After mixing the PVC material into the high mixer, the powder material is put into the upper order parallel twin screw extruder by the screw feeder.

2. The material is mixed evenly by the upper-order parallel twin-screw extruder, and the plasticization and mixing are completed under the condition of 140-160. Finally, the extruded mixture becomes molten body (temperature is 130-140 degrees Celsius) and falls directly into the large diameter lower single screw extruder.

3. The lower order single screw extruder will melt the 120 degree melt at low speed, high pressure and cooling state. The temperature has fallen to 120-140 degrees centigrade. At this time, the hot cut grain of the air cooled die surface can be completed, and the particles will not be clad in the process of grain cutting.

4. The particles are cut down by the hot air cooling model. After the cooling of the two stage cyclone separator, the temperature of the particles is reduced to 35-40 degrees C, and then the air cooling and lengthening vibrating screen is then passed to the room temperature so as to be sent into the finished material bin for packing.

The problem of pitting is relatively complicated. It is generally believed that it is related to small molecules running out of materials. These small molecules come from resins, plasticizers, lubricants. Because the extrusion granulation production of cable materials, all need to be vacuum, according to reason these small molecular substances should be extracted, but why is there? Through analysis, it is found that more of these small molecules are produced in the material after vacuuming, many of them are not a large amount of lubricants and of course in plasticizers. Because the cable material as a soft product, there is a large amount of plasticizer, so the formula design is generally not much attention to lubricants, the use of some low-grade lubricants, these low-grade flux melting point low, the late extrusion of many components easy to volatilize, at this time can not be ruled out, had to be wrapped in molten materials, due to the light weight of the gas, It will escape to the surface as much as possible, occupy a certain space, be forced to transport with the material, and enter the air immediately after the mold exit, but leave a little trace on the material of the cable.
